• 23+ years of professional experience, with 18+ years in Information Technology, including 10+ years providing project, product and collaborative leadership, and consulting and an additional 5 years engineering expertise.
•  Proven proficiency in Agile transformations, coaching teams and organizations through Agile adoption and optimizing delivery efficiency. 

 Supported organizations in various industries including Agile and Scrum innovation: Information Technology, Retail, Telecommunications, Finance, Government, Healthcare Services 

 I'm inspired by the power of learning, both my own and the love of learning I can spark in others. There's something deeply fulfilling about discovering new ideas, tools, or perspectives that improve how we work and lead, and then sharing those insights to elevate teams and organizations. I'm especially energized by curious minds and thoughtful conversations with people who challenge the status quo. Helping others grow is a driving force for me. Whether it's guiding someone to think more critically or supporting them in shaping a meaningful professional path, I find purpose in lighting the way forward. 

 I’m energized by action, exploration, and the thrill of discovering something new. Whether I’m diving into the ocean, trekking through nature on a hike, traveling to unfamiliar places, or playing sports, I find joy in pushing my limits and embracing the journey. These experiences fuel my spirit, keep me grounded, and constantly remind me of the beauty in challenge, connection, and growth.
